Stepping into the skincare world can be overwhelming and intimidating, especially if you don’t even know all the possible treatments available to choose from. By creating a section at the top of the homepage to address their concerns and offer a consultation, the user is immediately offered guidance to make for a more comfortable experience.

After highlighting the most commonly booked services, I included a review for some social credibility, followed by a section about the owner to put a face to the name and establish more trust.

On the Custom Facials page I created a section for hydrafacials to cut down the number of services to sort through. There are also respective add ons and FAQ sections to provide more information:

If Hydrafacials isn’t exactly what the user is looking for, there is another section with a variety of other facials to peruse.

If the user is still on the fence about booking a facial, this raving review will give them the final nudge needed to go ahead and get in the books!
